After the tenant has paid the arrangement fee, we will sent the deposit to the landlord.

90 days interest-free loan

The tenant has 90 days to pay us back before accruing interest on his personal loan.

Representative Loan Example: To transfer a deposit of £1,000. Interest free period of 90 days. Upfront fee of £74. With 1 repayment of £1,000, the total amount repayable would be £1,074. Rate of interest 18% p.a.(fixed) Representative 30% APR.
